About + editorial method

Useful evidence.
Visible limits.

OfferHack is an independent interview-practice product. It turns public hiring evidence, reported patterns, and role-shaped drills into focused rehearsal—without claiming to publish official, guaranteed, or confidential company questions.

  • First-party sources before summaries
  • Uncertainty labeled in the page
  • Corrections tied to reviewable evidence

Editorial principles

The claim should never outrun the source.

01

Separate evidence levels

Official guidance, strong inference, and directional evidence are labeled separately. A role posting can shape a drill; it cannot prove a hidden interview question.

02

Protect candidates

OfferHack excludes confidential packets, live-assistance tactics, candidate-identifying details, and unsupported “asked recently” claims.

03

Keep dates honest

A page update date is not substituted for the date a question was asked. Unknown timing remains unknown.

04

Publish the limitation

Research-backed material lists sources, confidence, and caveats. Original data releases include aggregate downloads and a reusable citation.

05

Correct with evidence

Source-backed corrections are reviewed through the public question bounty. Material claims are updated with a new review date.

06

Practice, do not predict

The library is designed to exercise likely work and reveal gaps. It does not promise the exact question a candidate will receive.

Full public method

Trace it.
Challenge it.

If you have safer or stronger evidence, submit it for review instead of posting confidential material. Corrections should identify the claim, include a reviewable source, and avoid candidate-identifying details.
